These little hides are great for your new little scaly friend! I initially made these when I got my baby Jungle Carpet Python, and it started an obsession with making resin hides. These are the original. There is a doorway plenty big for any snake or small lizard/gecko. This is very non-porous, so they're super easy to clean and dry! I used one of these for my Carpet Python's entire quarantine period. They measure about 4 inches across, and can be made in any color.

These resin creations can be made in literally any color or theme you could want. I have included a lot of options in the color list, but if you would like a specific theme, simply select "Custom" in the color variation and then leave me an extra comment with your order!

The shipping time on this item is a little long than my other items. This is because resin is a very different material to work with than yarn. When in liquid form, resin does have some toxic fumes. However, once the resin and the hardener are mixed together, it's literally only a matter of time before it becomes completely safe and non-toxic. It takes 24 hours for the initial set period. It can technically be removed from the mold at this point, but I prefer to leave it for the full suggested 48 hours. At this point, I like to allow another 24 hours for any remaining fumes to exhale. Now it's perfectly safe and ready for your buddy! This does mean, however, that I need at least 5-7 days to make sure to allow for this time, and to get things shipped out taking the weekend into consideration.
